1.09 trang oul claws are very expensive, this doesn't make them good nor better than standard to.

Let's see a better level 18 conc barb helm

this is the #2 classic fault in a raw, you're going through all of them.
best on realm ≠ autotrophy.

i.e. if first 5 minute of ladder i find a magic ring, this doesn't make it autotrophy just because there isn't a better one.

beside this, i'm not saying that your hat isn't a trophy, I'm just saying that there are other reason that make it worthy.

Helm and armor are trophies rest is quite random

10/10 for those two items
6/10 for other items posted, frost nova and HFD are nice adds but there’s better rings and amulet choices out there

Like there’s no reason to use a scepter over a 6s military pick except for if you had scepter spare from Paladin.

Amp flail is neat for cold damage but 6s mil pick hits same ias BP and 5% ctc amp is very unlikely to trigger with conc since it’s 11 fpa or so. Plus military pick does double the damage if flail.

I think there’s maybe 2 3/3/3 hats left on East, and armor is easily top 5.
