This will probably get buried but oh well...

So early 2007/2008 (can’t remember exactly) I had a good friend who played that found a fused Baraner’s Star bow in a game we were in.
This was a Baraner’s Star that fused with a white hunters bow upon dropping from Pindleskin (closed UsWest, private game, to clarify - Hell difficulty)

The item equipped as a bow and took up 6-8 spots like a bow but sounded like a mace and had the full properties of the Baraner’s Star.
Also when equipped - looked like a normal hunters bow, etc.

Since returning, I’ve tried talking to friends about this (not the one in question - we lost contact) and nobody seems to remember or know if it got out.

Anyways, does this sound familiar to anyone?

It was found in 2007/2008 but actively used it until 2011 or so.
He was pretty smart so I want to believe he didn’t let it expire but who knows.
I know for sure he turned down a few offers from dupers around that time.

That's new to me. Whatever bug causes this is present in plenty of other items. Surely someone can break the game even more & piss everyone off with their OP items.
