Personally speaking, this is a pvm weapon which basically forces you to have -30 req nate ofc and would give u ~50 vit = 200 life (b4 bo). In pvm i dont value life as much in barbs as 3k is more than enuff so i tend to go for ~200 base str to increase dmg a little and thus -req is wasted for pvm.
