If you were able to use it before lvl 30... like at lvl23 or something it would be really impressive. Plus it lacks cold damage, meaning you're not forcing your opponents to wear a raven or to cham their gear... so seriously lacking there too.

As it is right now, I've seen better. 6.5*2/10

Are you seriously that slow? :rofl:

Edit: changed my mind. Lance is godly, poison damage makes it gg. You should build a charger around it.
