im not sure where to use it 30 ias is mostly must

as pvm it sure should do the work, moreover it even has mana leech which is quite nice
as zvz it simply has too low dmg to compete vs anything
despite its very limited use its non the less an amazing find dude

I guess that Eth BoTD Ba and Eth Death Cleaver are better Zeal vs Zeal weapons than this.

e: Still kinda cool find, dunno how usable, but not that bad.
