its basically a 2.5/6 affix item. High %ED and AR for a 191/200 and 147/150 roll, but 10/20 max isn't much to write home about, and then its 0/2 barb skills, 0/7 ll, 0/7 ml
its a great find for early ladder. Its not a trophy
