needs 15 dex 40 life to be decent imo.. then resist adds is also pretty basic, considering what stats you can get on crafted this is not viable for anything but a budget char

...your saying... if you had a 10fcr/15dex/40life/80+mana/20+cr/20+lr you would not use except on a budget char? interesting.
