Not really. has 2 ias, 2 skill, ed, ar. Now If you tell me its not really good ill trust you guys. What would make a lld bow really good then?

Only good things here are the base and 20ias
To be usable at level 30 it needs at least 140ed and 2sox
Otherwise a simple robo ashwood will be superior
