Str adds more life than dex
every zon needs str unless you use some shit build

As one should not have to stat str I highly doubt that str yeilds more hp.

Less str you have to stat equals more vita you can stat
How can you come up with 108 str (bow side) in a good zon v zon build

Even with this ring you still have to stat some str

No. Lightning bolt will turn into a lightning bolt. In zon v zon you can use fury/bolt and if you don't have max light res then bolt will rape you
