All it's missing is increased stack size, I think. It's really pretty and a really great roll, but as someone mentioned before not the best base. 8.5/10 is my opinion. I'd be super stoked if it dropped

edit: another 1 point if it was 300 ED and another .5 if it had a better base or increased stack size.

(My apologies if I have the suffix/prefix messed up and I'm wrong about the increased stack size)
