Considering the finite set of all the "Quad res str/life rings", being finite it contains one and only one #1 element.
However you posted a ring here http://forums.d2jsp.org/topic.php?t=71194921&f=103, and both your rings belong to the set previously mentionned.
The two rings being different, one of them can't be #1.

I agree, I mean automatically in their own class.

Like you're right, there's no #1 best item, just for maybe if people will need for a setup etc.
