They're .08, by the way. People didn't really know about crafting back then, so very little of them were made, even though the recipes were MUCH better than they are now. .08 crafted items are now near extinct. These were "elite" crafted caster boots, and they got perfect 15% max mana.

What realm?

Someone posted a .08 lld 15% fcr crafted caster belt here a few weeks ago, also from an old elite .08 recipe, but it was nowhere as nice as this, since its use was limited to lld. I've also seen a .08 high magic (hammer/bone magic) resist safety shield on East.

But these are invaluable. Way better than any crafted boots that can currently be made, even with 5%/60 mana.

Yes, 25% was max fcr on caster amulets in .08. I've never seen 21+, but it was craftable, and as easy to obtain as 16-20% is right now.

Breakbeatz fcr belt is rare but useless unless he can find some obscure high fcr build. These boots though are pretty damn good, nice find.
