Glyph hood is a solid 7-8/10

Everything else is pretty basic, even though its built pretty well

9/10 for the layout and design
10/10 if the white boarders were translucent

8k blizz/10

I personally dont understand whistans over storm, the dr% have to outweigh the str requirement alone ? Or am i just foolish? I get whistans have a higher block % but still? Im guessing someone has done the math on this specific equation to figure it out

Imo Enigma is the best armor for a Sorc anyways, str shouldn’t even be an issue anyways.
The 45 frw alone makes it better than a COH.
It’s silly to use a COH and still not have max resistance especially when he’s using a fathom which has cold/fire and STILL doesn’t hit max res lol.
Whole point of COH is to have resists.
The only reason to use Whistans on a mb es sorc is because dr isn’t gonna save you when it only reduces the dmg from your health pool, it doesnt reduce the dmg to your mana pool from es

order noose pretty nice for COH build, but I think NiRo has a version of it with more str
glyph hood nice for MB setup

aside from these two highlights, this sorc is very poorly built
