Have you a seen better? Genuinly curious how rare these ones are with amp on top?

Why would you ever use this?

PvM - grief does double the damage, AR isn’t needed

PvP - grief substantially better for smiter/charger

GM melee - amp isn’t permitted, worst base for any class that could use it

Literally unusable/10 no trophy

Good for legacy, bad for d2r. It’s a wolf druid only item on legacy, since they changed IAS in d2r for fury, it’s not very useful. Good stats though.

5% chance to do double damage?
why not just do almost double that damage all the time with an axe?
