If he is PKd in PD2, I will also TIP.
In fact, if he is PKD while on stream in any hardcore mode version of Diablo, on a character exceeding lvl 90 with gear on (so he actually values the character), I will tip the person.

How do you cope in the real world man? Accidents happen EVERYDAY...Get over it stop crying! You were refunded your SOJ...You're not going to get refunded for your time loading 43 bots into the server in which it didn't pop. That is a line I will not cross, I will keep this solely within Diablo. However, he will pay.

I understand that you just suffered a huge opportunity cost, I really do. But that does not entitle you to a refund of 40annis.

Let's make a parallel in the real world, for a stock market. Imagine you have 1M$ in your account, and pay 100$ for some information, which ends up being inaccurate. You cannot claim 1M$ to the person who sold you the info. Best you can do is claim 100$, if anything at all. If you want to ensure correct info, do the research yourself, right?

The parallel here is that if you want to guarantee your 40annis, you should be the one organizing the walk. You cannot hold the other guy liable for your opportunity loss. It sucks, but take the SOJ and move on.
