This fella has been hijacking chaos runs with a TP just outside town, waiting for someone to take it by mistake and hostile them. Why? Cause deep into group runs, everyone trust the portal to be at River WP for BO. And speed is key during TZ. He takes advantage of that to get his ears.

Hopefully someone can catch him outside the moor.

Speed is also key for pk death traps apparently..
Hardcore is a hell of a place
