How does one get himself leveled up via honor party in Runes of Magic?

Also if someone is offering this service on Siochain EU vs fg, pm me.

come play on smacht with me and i'll get you to 20/30 quite fast bro

and i think it works like this: the one making honor party wont get any exp ^_^
