Is there any actual good guild in grimdal to join that actually helps their players run shit?

I have been in 5 guilds so far and all of them have gone something like this

"We dont run anything lower then WA, if you dont have 40k+ life you wont survive so you cant come, and we wont help you run lower stuff"

Then at siege war

"God so many of you are so useless and weak, hurry and stat up so we can win"

in short...any guild actually run stuff like hos?

We have a handful of high level/ geared guys that run WA and will be able to run temple shortly but most members aren't up to that speed yet. We do run HOS+ frequently, and run HODL/ZS given atleast one of each our main healers/dps are online.

Pretty sure I said I am looking for a GOOD guild. Not a shit one.
