so i downloaded this game and was excited to play, but as i logged on i noticed something strange, the graphics are all bugged out missing shadows and textures and everything is rainbowy! i've tried it on my laptop and my gaming pc, very strange nothing ive seen, i tried adjusting the graphics as well

Try to change compatibility mode. Also check if you've put 256 colors mode on.

it wasnt in compatability mode or 256 colors, the models are still in tact but all the textures are screwed up

looks like perhaps the textures are corrupted? maybe the install went wrong?

what client did you DL ? 7.5gb or the 3.5gb
becuse if you dl the 3.5 on to a desktop it don't work as well thats why graphics are all bugged
but if you get the 7.5 it will work fine that might help lmk

yea, i reinstalled it and downloaded the big one, even tho im on a crappy laptop, it seems to be working now
