Where can I find a list of players who play the game or just a list of random players, like Runecape has their high scores and Diablo 2 has their ladder system
Anyone know of a list I can find or can provide me a link to one?

There actually is a place, but it isn't a comprehensive list. It only shows people who have downloaded a particular plugin, but that accounts for many players.

the addon is broken so that site is very outdated
