Anyone knows when they realease those elite skills?

also if someone knows when new costumes are coming I'd like to know

i'm assuming elites will be sometime next month
but i really have no clue
i just hope they bring back fruit of forgetting around that time
and no clue on new costumes although doesn't matter much to me since i like the fang costume
