He used PayPal to officially buy them from frogster, so I had to wait 30 days to get the diamonds. I assumed he had actually paid, and gave him the diamonds, since it said " Paid " on Frogsters website under the account information. Unfortunately, he canceled his PayPal order afterwards, so he still got my FG, and they closed the account that had the diamonds on it. I had him use a dummy account just in case that ever happened, but this guy would have just as well let me use my own account, even insisting I give him my password at first. So, I waited a whole month to try and log-in to a non-existing account. I have emailed Frogster about this, and alas there's nothing they can do if nobody payed for the diamonds. However, they were interested that someone had been using PayPal to scam people, and I'm sure PayPal would like to hear it as well.

This is after I tried using password recovery. The account no longer exists, or harbors any diamonds. It was banned due to Hltrader failing to pay for the diamonds he stole from Frogster. The account is inaccsessible via the forum/website as well, further proving it was banned.Bottom line, not enough to get him locked. However, if you're smart, you won't trade this scumbag and give him the same opportunity to steal from you. The internet really has some fucking geeks on it, honestly, stealing video game currency. Which, speaking of, I'm probably not even going to use the rest of my FG, so I'll probably just give it to people in here, or a new RoM player. Just giving the heads up on this trader, so beware.
