i jus started making my warrior/priest and i need to know wat skills i should start leveling up and wat gear i need

you get all the gear you need with the quests.
main dmg skill is slash,
Defensive to Offensive is very usefull
after you hit lv50 you should decide to go AoE or single target,
but you get endless TP so you are able to max all skills- AoE+single target
dont upgrade anything till 50/xx, expect maybe tier a T1 or T2 weapon to T3 (not needed, but speed things up)
stay on one weapon type, since your skill increases while you use it.
1h axe+shild or 2h axe (some AoE requires 2h)
stats you need will be: str/phys attack >stamina >>dex
dex got more important, since you get some combo skills, and if you dont hit once you got to start your combo again.

Im playing Warrior only as second class, Im shure there are other opinions out there.

Go with Swords. they're more abundant (quests) and warriors have a higher proficiency with swords (more dmg and better hit rate).

Slash + Tactical Attack are your bread and butter.
As W/P get Regen and Urgent heal to respectable numbers as well.

Moon Cleave is great against multiple targets. Consider maxing.
Probing Attack and Open Wounds have amazing damage, consider those (35 elite provides a finisher move to that combo).
Brute Strength should be max'd up to 30, then left until 50 (high tp cost).

Tiering a weapon is a cheap and easy way to make yourself more powerful. T4 takes 13 chargers (1 alt can provide these) and for a low level will provide 20-30% more damage!
Watch the AH for the Iron Coffin Set, it's around lv25 blue chain and provides a massive HP boost (can wear up to 40 or so). Buy high durability ones if u can (extra 20% stats for 101+).
