You have to talk to Lola twice. First talk to her, and she gives you the quest. Then talk to her again and select the option " I want the instructions " or whatever the fuck she says. I remember this clearly, because I recall being extremely pissed they didn't give her an exclamation mark or even tell us we needed to get the instructions from her by talking twice.

1: Talk to her again
2: Goto hidden valley mines in one of the end caves
3: Dead Tree Cave
4: Barren Caves behind Anglie
5: Just north edge of town, behind a building, Right next to a tree.

Yeah, once I did that it all fell into place. Now I know to look for that when doing a quest. Thanks.
