pdmg you can only get from a limited amount of items
main hand weapon
set bonus
some upperbodys
and ofc buffs
while you can get patt from every single piece of equipment you have
and tbh you can never have enough patt, i'm buffing to 110-130k matt and i still feel i dont have enough ( even though i havent even tried Tosh )
