i assume you mean he will get banned in game?
if so then it doesn't matter if he buys from you or gold sellers as both give the same result as they both fall under buying gold from a 3rd party seller

yea he will get banned, and they only ban the buyer if they ban the seller after investigating xfers. since im not a merchant account with hundreds of transactions a day going out i highly doubt there would be any action taken.
