Hey everyone, I have decided since I didn't make in to phase 1 CB for Forsaken World, I am going to give Runes of Magic a try for at least a month. I'm just wondering what server a lot of the jsp people play on? I was thinking about going on a PvP server.

Also I was wondering what kind of tips someone can give to a new comer or if you guys have any open spots in a guild or any extra gear for a newbie, that would be greatly appreciated.

I sadly don't have any FG to give you for anything that you give me, but I do have some stuff on East Hardcore Ladder if you play there, and I also have a lot of mushrooms in Shakes and Fidget on us server 2 that I can donate to your guild or even join your guild and help you climb the guild ladder (I have a level 131 scout).

Edit: Oh I was thinking about either making:

Mage/Priest or Priest/Mage
Scout/Mage
Scout/Warrior

With the currect patch, mage/priest is only good in pvm.
Scout is always a good idea to have, priest/scout works great.
Having a priest or druid is good to have for a first char.
pvp server > pvm server

i come here on ROM forums often, post questions I will probably be able to answer it.

Which us server is best? Indiago or Drimdol. Or whatever the 2 pvp servers are?

i play on grimdal thats the best in my opinion.

I think im going to make a priest/rogue. That being said I have a few questions:

1) should I primarily start my character as a rogue or priest? Or it doesn't matter?
2) if I have priest main and rogue sub, can I cual wield daggers?

either, priest i would prefer.

play mage/warden one of the elite skills is so amazing plus it's great for pvp if you play it as a warden mage you can literally take 1 person completely out of play in pvp from rotating banish silence lightning.

Earth Marking 50 200 Mana Instant 120 Seconds Self Earth Markings branded on your body will increase your chance to inflict critical damage with magic attacks by 60 for 30 seconds. When using earth spells this chance will be increased by another 20 points. This effect can be stacked up to 10 times. +3 attack and +20 points per level

That's taken from the wiki but with item preview it showed me that the "when using earth spells this chance will be increased by another 2400" when maxed out.

mage/scout was fine until in the last patch or so they took out the damage modifyer on bows, but still a .7 second flame is amazing.

also Mage/Druid isn't to shabby, those are the 3 mage combos I would use for pvp btw.

mage/anything is no good for pvp, anything/mage is good though. Druid and Priest as primary classes are only good for healing, not for pvp (unless low lvls).

JSP is mostly at Artemis and Osha.
