1 to masteries (except weapon mastery), points that i get ww, points that i get battle command

dont know much about mld, but 30ed is max at 49, 31-40 is lvl58

you might want to consider gore riders for boots

i would dual wield hld blades, obviously gores for boots, maybe um your arreats? depending on who you duel.. i unforunatly dont know much about melee mlds

Ok it will be short and sweet because im not at home to look at my old gear ( some of it )

Stats:
str: nuff for gear, nuff said
Dex: enough to get 75% block with hoz and holy shield on
Vit: rest, should get around 200 solid points here

Gears:

Helm: Rosebranded coronet of xxx ( needs 2 sockets)
xxx can be either Strength, life ( i prefer life ) fill with 5/5 light facets

Armor: Jewelers xxx of the whale
needs 4 sockets, needs life. unnegotionable imo. armor, needbe something relivently light, but i used full plate mail ( 84 life) fill with 5/5 lite facets

Shield: Herald of Zakarum (hoz) non up'd non eth. just plain ol hoz. stuff another 5/5 in there ( see a pattern?)

Weapon: Foh stick ( 3 to foh, bonuses could be-conviction, vigor, holy shield) i personally had the duped 3/3/1 foh stick with 12% ed once again fill with 5/5 facets

Belt: Personal prefference here, i used a 24/ 60 / 7 life rep belt- some may use tgods- soe- are all good options

Gloves: Personally i went up'd'd bloodfist here--do what you want

Rings: 1 soj 1 ravenfrost or 2 raven frost or 1 ravenfrost 1 stat ring. (soj/raven 4 me)

Boots: ehh, w/e you want-- i used gores because i used an eth oath sc/ hoz on switch for charging

Amulet: Rosebranded Amulet of xxx
str/ life i used a str one

gloves - classic stat (13 str/19 dex/30-40 life example)
rings - dual raven or raven/angelic
belt - 15% soe/tgod/10% ow belt with 24 fhr/58 life
boots - classic boots ( i use 30 frw/18 str/13 dex/tri resist)/gore

1 pt necessities:

obtains (i calculated this when ladder rolls and i get my 348% oath sc) - 4.1k life/8.2k ww ar/1.5k-3k ww dmg/max resist in HELL/150%+ frw/max block

obviously people are going to make the argument eth oath highland blades are > because of range 3. i respect this but this is my playstyle (as was leandros and belarathons so this says alot if you know them. and if you dont your a 1.11 spawn random :])

foh - build i would use

helm - 3 p combat/90-100 life/2 sock circ w/ facets
ammy - 3 p combat/90-100 amulet or A.slippers if your on east
scepter - 3 foh/3 convict 5x facet or magical 3 p combat/2-3 foh/1-3 convict/2 sock 2xfacet
armors - shaft w/ facet/4 sock 90-100 life 4xfacet
shield- hoz w/ facet by far
gloves - bfist/frostburn if you need mana
rings - stones
belt - tgod/soe
boots - classic stats

switch - eth oath small crescent + hoz with 100ar jewel for charge.

use foh calculator to figure out balance between maxing foh/holy shock. convict = lvl 25 w/ gear. or you can max it which can benefit you foh vs foh

10x25-30 life p combats
10x 20 life/resist scs

easily 8k+ foh/1600 life/max block but can be negated

49 es fballer

only belarathon was able to perfect this and it was untouchable

helm - 3 fire/90-100 life or 20 fcr/2 sock 2x facet
amulet - 3 fire/100 life or afletch on east nl
weapon - 35% spirit sword
armor- vmagi facet
shield- sanc tower/atod w/ 3x facet
gloves - magefist
rings - stones
belt - soe/rare classic stat belt or 24% fhr/10 str/60 life 1.10 or later belt
boots - classic stat (gspur best on east)

switch - get as much +ES as possible from wand/shield or staff

max fball/bolt/1 warmth/1 mastery

10x25-30 life gcs
10x20 life/17 mana scs (10x70-15 if on east)

east is probably where the es build can thrive. i would advise pouring points into energy instead of vit if you choose this route. otherwise use the vita build.
you need to be very skilled and play defensively but i doubt you'd lose if you stack enough vs foh (not that hard heh) and you can stay away from bvcs pretty easily

ill post more later i was taking a break from final paper due in 5 hours ftl

jim has a nice es fb on eu ladder i cant remember what it uses but dont see it loose much.
i dont really like the set up you mentioned, but thats just me.
