Asylum's guide to the most annoying lvl 15 ever, the psychic hammer assassin.

Goals for this build:
12+ life replenish
71%+ regen mana
80+ frw (40 frw geared 40+ skilled)

I expect this character to be fully grushed and have all skill quests except nightmare and hell den (you could do if you tried hard enough though).

Skills:
15 psychic hammer
1 claw mastery
6 Burst of Speed*
1 fire blast*
1 Wake of Fire*

Optional:
Weapon Block (if you want damage instead of the extra fcr)

Note*
WoF is jsut a personal choice of mine, not to do damage but more for stun/confusing your opponents haha, you can choose to not skill it and put more into Burst of speed.

Gear:
Maelstorm wand (30 fcr is the main reason) socket it with mana str dex jewel
Blinkbat armor (10 frw 40 fhr) socketed with a flawless skull
Cow King's boots (30 frw 20 dex)
Bloodfist gloves (40 life 30 fhr)
crafted fcr belt (only needs 5 fcr to hit the bp, any other mods on it are just icing on the cake)
2x 10 fcr mana rings
1 shadow 10 fcr other modded amulet
1 shadow 2 socket helm (I like bonehelm for the style, other mods are nice but not needed) 2x flawless skulls inside

For the shield there is two good options I think:
Vulpine bone shield of deflecting (30/20 with damage to mana, but I'd rather not have to be hit to gain mana)
Garnet bone shield of deflecting (30/20 21-30% fire resists, I like this for lvl 15-18 fissure druids)

either shield you get, socket it with 2x eth runes for the mana regen

Strategy:
Hammer them and don't get hit back, don't expect quick wins haha.

does wake of fire really stun much since there are no mindbalst swirlys?

I didn't make with wof, but I'd think so?

idk it was a funny char imo, wof would really just confuse them haha

i tryed to make a kick/hammer hybrid but i never really put much effort into it ( didnt get it hellrushed etc)

i think i went with 1 pt to BoS maxed hammer then rest to kick without a pt in wake

2 shadow claws on switch for prebuff/casting psyhammer

and crushflange and vbsod for kick

i think this could work really well

I killed mediocre lvl 18 zealots with norm rushed hammersin with only like 3x grand charms and 10x small charms.

Takes like 5 minutes to kill anything fully geared/charmed but it's funny watching them say "omg stand still, omg you're so lame."

pshy ham + wof is better stun than mb

sounds like a fun annoyin build for newb pub trash, maybe ill try when im bored again
