What if... Treasure Pest is a huge cuck who likes to steal treasure chest drops and defeating him will improve chest drops?
You say that you start exploring at 55 so I'm guessing that you usually don't encounter him at all or roughly around the time you are about to MQ? Slush says that he finds high level items while they are doing MM, which means that they have defeated treasure pest.
I always defeat him between lvl 20-40ish and I'm fairly happy with treasure chests atm, sure there are loads of t1-t2 items dropping but it's honestly not that bad imo.
Love it.
Honestly the game wouldn't be hurt at all if these "events" were just a permenent addition to the game.
It's not bad that skilling gets more exp
It's not bad that item quality is raised by 8%
It's not bad that shrine effectiveness is increased
The 150% chest thing you posted is too high for permanent probably
