I’ve been back to the game for 24 climbs now, 90% being explore 55+. I’ve never seen a treasure chest with an item higher level than tier 4.

I want everyone to post screenshots of their treasure chests during this event so we can show Paul these are not working as intended.

I’ve played this game a long time and that’s probably the greatest treasure chest I’ve ever seen. Maybe 11% is promising

Looking at your current characters, I don’t think you found that with the new event or?

I get lots of high level items from treasure chests. Even got a 55 from last event.

Interesting! Hopefully we see some really nice chests. Over on Hardcore we call them trash cans. Literally never items over tier 4

Sorry I couldn't resist... yeah this is an old treasure chest found may moons ago... actually it's one of the best I've got a screenshot for... IIRC, it wasn't even during an event though, so good treasure chests are possible

The best treasure chest event we had in recent times was this one:
No Trapdoors, +20% to Proficiency Cap Per Fight, +170% Shrine Effectiveness, 44.93% Faster Fishing, +40.98% Item Stat Quality, +140% More Items From Chests, 29.87% Faster Suffusencing Bonus Event in progress for 1 days, 2 hours

Here's a couple items over tier IV from the uber chest at the end of a lvl 10 map, 5 people in-game during the above event

Seen many higher whites drop during events when we do mm

Let's be honest. It's very rare for a treasure chest to drop a good item. Usually you get 1-2 wellables at high lvls and maybe 1-2 skillables.

I can't believe you haven't seen anything higher than tier IV. Maybe the softcore drop rate is just better.

Treasure chests are mostly tier 1 ofc but its is fun to pick and choose those wellables and potential drops in the middle.
