This should be interesting. Personally, I think it's a great idea. I think it'll also lend a great amount to Canada's economy, not to mention their population.
It'll finally be nice to get some realistic numbers on things like if weed causes traffic accidents compared to alcohol...etc.
Or how it really affects learning. I can also see things like it's use for psychological and physiological becoming much more well known.

This should be very interesting.
