Because I've always thought AW was overrated just like Barnes.
I take RC all day. I still think RC is a streaky shooter. I however like him more because he seems to care more about defense than especially AW.
Who knows, maybe he'll shoot 50% from three for the season.

Wiggins clearly shouldn't be their "go-to" guy next to KAT, because he's nowhere near a "star" and he's closer to average than star lol. They look better this year because of a few additions on their team of course, but Wiggins looks like the same inefficient one dimensional player who is ass on defense rofl.

Meanwhile Covington is locking up the best wing/guard player on the opposing team on a nightly basis on the defensive end, while generating turnovers and blocking shots as a terrific help defender, and casually dropping 17 points a game on 50% shooting from 3pt (while ranking among the NBA's top 3pt attempt leaders).


You see, the difference between these two players is that one player understands his role and is an absolute monster at what he does (play A+ defense, rebound, and hit 3's as well as anyone in the league right now) while the other is an inefficient volume chucker who can't play defense, can't rebound, can't facilitate, but thinks he's a superstar and hurts his team more than he helps them

Covington on a team with a couple of Superstars already there, and let Covington play his elite 3&D role spacing the floor, defending and rebounding.

Build around Wiggins, who as I mentioned is pretty much balls at everything besides taking a lot of shots....


As I said, one knows his role and excels not trying to do more. While the other thinks he is someone that he is not, and it hurts his team because of it.

Butler is a superior version of Covington.

We aren't building around Wiggins, he is a compliment to KAT.

I keep catching myself starting to type my rebuttal , but I'm not going to get sucked into this lol
