I clearly do know who she is. As I said, she's Gen Kelly's assistant. She's the deputy Chief of Staff. I also gave you the most probable reason her name is being floated publicly right now.

Seems like she's an expert in quite a lot despite only being 45. Where did she learn everything you could possibly need to know about national security? How does one analyze preparedness "for all hazard events?" What of her background makes her qualified to lead the DHS?
