i'm not singling out people under medication as the target of ridicule for lack of self control in what they eat, the stuff i posted previously shows the tremendous odds against them with the side effects of those medications
the message i'm trying to get across was that diet/exercise trumped those side effects as well even in these niche cases of medication that greatly increases the likelihood of weight gain

Obesity is a good case-in-point for conservatism. Red states are significantly more obese than blue states. They also use more taxpayer resources. Must be that liberating freedom to eat cheeseburgers and bilk Medicare.
