he seems to take issue with the idea of only calling as it wouldn't be enough to save the man, pointing out that this is legal in america, as if they should risk their own lives to rescue.

Most black americans don't even know how to swim, even if that was a loved one drowning and they were panicking and crying, besides calling, there's a high chance they'd have to watch in horror, and there was actually a news story where this happened about seven years ago.

/e on topic I shouldn't be compelled by law to risk my life at someone's stupid decisions.

White people used to cook each other in hollowed out bulls made of bronze, and the person was put inside of it, and a fire was built beneath it, until the person cooked in it.

The history of the human race is one of cruelty. You can't see that through the lens of racist ideology you've embraced.

Nothing has ever happened because people have woke up one day and decided to be agreeable and get along.

Its 2017. I don't care about muh crusades, because I don't own a delorean and can't change the past, we can only impact what it is in the present.
Right now America has a black cultural problem, and by far the greatest victims are black people- not just in criminal victimization, but in all negative cultural forces.
To excuse and turn a blind eye to the ills of society when it inconveniences a narrative of oppression is itself racism, the insidious willful ignorance disguised as tolerance

Tbh, almost everybody can swim where I live, This is a water country. And all the waters are safe to swim in unless it gets to hot and blue alga are growing. It's a different world. I'm not sure if would have found the courage to swim so far in a state with alligators. Attempting to help is absolutely the least that should have been done, in actions that would have been translated into at discussing if a rescue was even possible and calling for help if it was not. Specific cases set aside I've made the rest of my opinion clear enough throughout the thread. Judges will have to see if there indeed was extreme negligence causing a life being lost. I'm pretty sure that a call would have saved the asses of the ppl making the vid.

We both know that you don't know how to use statistics if that's what you mean.

There's a million things you have to do to get a meaningful statistical analysis besides normalize for the population.
