the way i understand anglo-american law, this is (or should at least be) relevant and plenty to work with for any half decent defense attorney... and again, i completely understand the will to punish them, but i think the law and judicial integrity is (or again, should be) the greater good to protect here...


How many scenarios like this are you aware of?
Just because it is insanely rare does not mean the law should not apply.
They clearly knew the man died, they state openly on video that he was dead.
