Can you be guilty of manslaughter while literally doing nothing?

That's the issue I have with any charges. A crime for doing literally nothing. In what way does sending someone to jail help this at all?

For a crime there has to be provable damages and criminal intent or neglect. The argument would be made on the neglect end, but to neglect assumes one has responsibility, a clear duty, that is neglected, and I don't believe that this criterion is met.

Going to jail would help the capitalist who own the prisons and the politicians who take their money, in case you were wondering

I'm not sure, I'd have to think about it more. But I'd agree with a law that a person should be required to help a person in immediate danger if the person is in a position in which they are capable to help and are competent enough to do so.



The same way a punishment for any crime helps: by decreasing the likelihood that citizens will commit that crime.

Not an alligator attack. The video shows Dunn attempting to tread water, but eventually going beneath the surface and drowning.

Shitty people of all races aren't proportionally responsible for crimes and depraved acts like this.

and his head pooping up 0.1 sec later 1 meter apart at 1 min to 1:10 in.. That's edited, an attack, or a strange light effect. It happens 2-3 times..

I've not heard of the video being edited, but it could have been. However, there was no report by the authorities or through an autopsy that Dunn had been attacked by anything, alligator or otherwise.
