Trying out a new charcoal. All natural wood clump, but it's real wood pieces and not briquettes.

Going to be Bbqing the chicken I have been marinating the past few days. Hope it goes well. First one this year.

Turned out amazing, super moist with a great smokey asian flare. Going to use this charcoal again.

hi,
Onion should be cut in smaller pieces (4xsmaller).
Meat is too violentely cooked, it should not have any carbonized dirt on it, you have to lower the heat, probably, and cook it longer.

Ok bud, you seem to know nothing about food.
I don't want diced sautéed onions.

My buddy has a 9" filet knife from them, it's super fucking nice. Was looking into getting the 3 piece set, chefs knife/carving knife/paring knife but I'd have to hide it from my gf lol.
