So I was down at the beach with my son for a pirate festival, he asked if we could go see the fishing boats, so we go down on a float and check the boats out. Well as we're leaving a guy on a boat asked if I like seafood, told him yes, he says he's got something for me and hands me a 15lb bag of sea bass.

I'm going to be making fish nuggets, only way my son eats fish, and fish tacos.

I've got two racks of ribs I just coated with a dry rub sitting in my fridge for tomorrow. I'll post a picture of them tomorrow, and update as I go.


Got a king salmon filet cooking in the oven as we speak. :drool:
