Still the right direction (i means east)

Look like NK has no choice to fire over Japan anyway, if they want to nuke USA, i guess at some point Japaneses will be used to it.

Apparently they fired it so it would travel the exact same distance as Guam is from NK.

They're really rattling their sabers, I guess more sanctions are in order. At some point NK has to cave. They can't risk war.

You don't need to have a solution to a problem in order to know that some actions will just make it worse. If I stub my toe and want it to stop hurting I wouldn't grab a hatchet and begin hacking off my foot.
