wouldn't count on making anything off trees. Would cost you to have it cleared, and you'd get some firewood out of the deal.

If your thinking of building a house as opposed to cabin you've thought of cost / availability of services( power , water , sewer), as well as the zoning (now and future) of the land?

/e I think you where thinking of the nearest town etc in reference to my asking about services.

I would clear some of it myself. My cousin said the large trees go for $200-$300 each. Could profit from just that probably lol.
It's a great spot to build a house financially. Only $40/yr taxes, land would be paid off. The actual house building is what the $ would be mostly.
Idk what you mean by services :F

its alot of work though, year+ effort unless you pay to have it cleared

i personally would never do it

If it were nearby I would have bought the land already.
I don't mind the labor. The problem is getting time off of work where I am now, flying to the state, probably Uber to the location that's 2-3 hours away from the airport.

As of right now, I have decided to not buy it. With the main reason being that most of the land is on a downwards slope.

How the fk can we get girls then?
Can we like buy them for a foreign country? Won't have to speak to them if they don't know the language, perfect scenario.

Yeah, that would be something in the future though. Short term would see what I get sell on the land I guess, and to pay it off.

Services are water , sewer, power, gas.
If your gonna cut and clear the trees yourself and sell for firewood , yes you could make a few $, not nearly enough to justify the work you'll spend doing it. If your going to have it logged it's a beak even best case scenario.
