Found a pretty awesome deal, but have no knowledge in this area.
Checked out the market in my area, and it's 100% an amazing deal. My cousin bought land nearby it today.

It's far away from where I live. Would not live there any time soon if I do buy this land. It's basically in the woods, covered with trees and whatnot.
It's extremely affordable, yearly tax and all.

Just want to know if anyone has any experience with this that could give some advice. :)

how much is it?
Do you have a lot of cash?

Getting loans for land "can" be more challenging and typically require much higher down payments.

Is the land heavily wood?
Is it flat?
Sloped?

planning on building a house?
May require fill, fill is expensive.

What kind of trees are on the land, Is the soil fertile (can it farmed), is it good to hold livestock, what kind of hunting does the land offer? Lots of factors come into buying land. You can actually make money on the land you buy depending on the price you get it at and the benefits it has to offer.

$19,500 ($500 down minimum(would be $200/mnth for a 15 year payment plan. But I think I'd go with the $2,500 down $150/mnth plan. $40/yr tax
Not a lot, I'd say roughly $12k on me and currently in college.

"The property is the most level just off of the county road at the northwest side of the acreage. The rest of the property varies from moderatly sloping to steep. Awesome views from many locations on the property."

I'd like to build a house possibly in the future depending on available occupations around. If I do finish my degree, would be preferably that of course.

Doesn't say what kind of trees. It shows this picture if it helps at all.

I'd most likely use this land as a future profitable area. As in resell it, make a business with it or something like that. Otherwise it would be like a house. It would be a nice area for me since I would rather not live in a populated city.

It's 9.2 acres for $19,500, so that's very appealing.
