So if you did buy land would you build a house there?
It's a possibility, but it wouldn't be any time soon if I do buy this land.

Didn't read thread, but have 2 questions:
1. is it hunting land or do u plan to eventually develop it?
2. have you had any land surveys done? perc tests? soild tests? etc
1. It's mostly hunting land, has fishing as well. I don't like either, could maybe open a little business that sells products for those or something. Most of it is on a slope going downhill, decent amount is flat where a building could be made.
2. I have not.
Just some info my cousin said earlier today:
" It's cheap enough that I can own it free and clear in the near future and never have to worry about housing costs.
It's free enough that I can build and shoot whatever I want whenever I want
It's on the largest unpolluted aquifer in the US
It's on some of the best hunting and fishing land in the US
It's in the mountains on a South facing slope, which means solar power will be much more doable / affordable
It's outside the fallout radius of nuclear reactors
It's about as far away from the cities as you can get and still find a job
It has high elevation
It's not near any nuclear targets
Low property taxes & low taxes in general
Low cost of living index
Growing economy
Fertile soil unspoiled by pesticides and GMOs
Don't have to worry about natural disasters"
