Buying a land is always a good thing in the end. Before thinking of buying it, go and walk it. See if there is trash or something.

Here they sell for like 65k to 100k depending on how big...

most of the lands here are wooden lands

land in my town is currently selling for $200,000 for 2 acres (2 acre minimum zoning)

That's pretty lightly wooded. I would be concerned with that slope though. It would some engineering, walls, fill for your house.

The price is right though, seems like a great deal. I would try to pay it off asap and it seems you'll be spending 30% more in interest.

I totally would, but I would have to fly there, probably use taxi/Uber to get there, hotel and all of that. Would cost me like $2.000 ish just to check it out. That's like 10% of the actual land lol
If my cousin didn't purchase the one next to it, I wouldn't even consider it tbh. Just knowing someone there is all I would need.

Yeah I would not spend all 15 years to pay it off. If I had a better income I would definitely buy it right now(I'm making like $200 a week or so, working part time).
I'm excellent with money, so instead of just sitting in the bank doing nothing, I guess it would be worth the "risk?" to buy it just for the future.
