Well .. we did some trails for our motocrosses...get some wood for winter
that pretty much it

its a investment first of all... lands cannot decrease in value nowdays

That's an excellent point. That it cannot decrease.
But about that though. Can I get find or anything if I rarely check up on it and whatnot? I believe he said there are no inspections or whatever in this area.

oooooh haha. Yeah it seemed strange that land would be that cheap in your Rhode Island profile location.

Yeah, Rhode Island is very overpriced when it comes to housing and land. Very overpopulated state. Certainly not interested in buying a house here. But I would prefer to life within 3 hours from here so it's driving distance.

my dad did that once, my brother also bought land that needed to be cleared

both were very happy about it

if you rely on internet make sure its available tho

/e land around here is cheap like that

Yeah for sure. I'm going to talk to my cousin about it soon, he suggested it to me. He already told me what he's going to do with the land, and I was pretty amazed.

Found a pretty awesome deal, but have no knowledge in this area.
Checked out the market in my area, and it's 100% an amazing deal. My cousin bought land nearby it today.

It's far away from where I live. Would not live there any time soon if I do buy this land. It's basically in the woods, covered with trees and whatnot.
It's extremely affordable, yearly tax and all.

Just want to know if anyone has any experience with this that could give some advice. :)

The land might be cheap for a reason. But land is always a good investment but imo is buy a lot in the city so u can live on it.

Didn't read thread, but have 2 questions:

1. is it hunting land or do u plan to eventually develop it?

2. have you had any land surveys done? perc tests? soild tests? etc

don't listen to daltong on anything related to buying property.
he's been telling us he is going to buy a house for the last 2 years

He can barely decide on what to dress himself in let alone decide where he is going to live for the next decade.
