I just find it a dishonest way to go about doing things. We can talk about how the environment is being abused and consequent generations will most likely reap the negative results and we need to work on some mitigation but don't use the kids as some sort of appeal to emotions and garbage headlines like Trumps battle with kids is heating up. You can tell how effective it was given how often people in this sf cite sources funded by big oil in their opposition to climate change

I'd have people who deliberately mislead the public for short term profits that harms the future of humanity hung for treason

Both Republicans and Democrats don't really care about the environment as evidenced by their energy footprints. Very few people practice what they preach.

I think that while Flat Earth is seen by many to be some sort of Religious belief and anti religious people will reject it outright from this ignorance alone.

The truth of the matter is that Flat Earth is a cosmological belief which can be used by Religious people, but it is fundamentally a belief in Nature.

Personal i think the idea that a Man created life is kinda stupid, and this is what Religion is - Men obsessed with phalluses telling you men are awesome, so whatever.

The other idea, the Natural idea, is in Mother Earth, I've never heard of Father Earth yet. In fact most of the Flat Earthers i know are into natural remedies and natural solutions.

I've seen how the climate has changed in the last 20 years, and regardless of any data- i;ve totally seen some massive changes and to ignore them is just burying you head in the sand deeper.
