Then
2008 (few months before I started lifting) weighing 130 lbs
and most recently post my competition (2016)
pre comp (weighing 195-200lbs)
post comp (weighing 220-227lbs)
This is just to show off your hard work and improvements, I don't look as good as this now but I did make it to this level of physique very recently so thats what I'm proud of.
