This is just to show off your hard work and improvements, I don't look as good as this now but I did make it to this level of physique very recently so thats what I'm proud of.


I have to ask, what did you do for a diet with gaining size? did you count calories?

I've been counting calpries for about 5 weeks and so far I'm getting about a pound a week, at about 180 (again after losing it) for a morning weight, but I'm striving hard to get that to a 190-195.

Also, @everyone great transformations! Keep up the good work
