I just read your post beyond the numbers
You’re saying you couldn’t get erect?

First thing they’re gonna do is do a night time tumescence test

If you have erections over night then it’s a psych issue and based on your history and state of health it doesn’t look like you have any peripheral artery disease...so you’re gonna be getting some cognitive behavioral therapy

So, I was concerned with the way I'd been feeling for awhile... I've been tired, less motivated, not much gains at the gym if any, no libido, some slight depression (I associate to losing my dad).. The breaking point was a few months ago.. I was getting ready to get some ass and shit just wasn't working..

So, I went to my doctor and had him order my labs... Everything was good, from my lipid panel to my TSH/PSH levels.. My test levels look great.. So my big thing is, what can I do to fix this?

here's my labs:

Free test: 13.2 ng/dl (5.05-19.8 ng/dl)
Test: 602 ng/dl (240-950 ng/dl)
DHEAS: 266 (105-728)
Triglycerides: 61
HDL: 78
LDL: 155 "a little high"

I'm eating great, usually 5-8oz lean protein per meal, a carb and veg... I'm drinking a lot of water, I'm getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night.. What more can I do to fix this?

7h is not enough, you need just 8, every night. if you get 7 you need to compensate for the sleep debt the next night. thats where i would start. you have nonspecific psych symptoms with normal basic chemistry.

probably should also fix your squat/bench/dl technique

also those arent "symptoms of low T", theyre just a constellation of symptoms youre attributing to low T without a substantial breadth of medical knowledge. just like how everybody who has anterior hip pain blames it on "tight hip flexors", which is complete nonsense.

I’ve pretty much chocked it up to life right now. Work full time, school full time, family, burying dad, taking care of mom. I compensated my psych health through pinning my exhaustion on physiological issues. Just gotta keep fucking going.

E: and I talk shit about my gains, but they’re consistent... It can be frustrating to not see tremendous strength gains after a certain point.. But they’re still coming.
